Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

I decided to build another leafer for the bike. 1st mocked up some trees in wood to makesure everything was good. Then made then in steel & made a stem. bent up some legs. Waiting on bushings & trying to figure out bars. IMG_0043.jpg IMG_0024.jpg IMG_0037.jpg IMG_0038.jpg IMG_0045.jpg IMG_00...

Re: Double shot of Cafe

I figured out how i'm gonna go about putting the gauges in the tanks. Here's what holds them in & they will be bolted down onto the tanks. Took me forever to make these (1st time usinf a rotary table & setting it up ws not as simple as I thought it was gonna be). Putting the tanks together n...

Re: Double shot of Cafe

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

Took the bike down the road today. It was short lived cause the rear brake wasnt grabing. Must still have air in it. It certainly felt like it pulled strong. I also found out the cap on the mag is grounding out when installed, probably gonna have to pull it to fix the problem.

Re: Double shot of Cafe

I had a stroke of luck, came across another bike with a title. This ones a CM450. Also came with 2 engines. The CB is a much nicer looking bike but I already have one title to deal with. Anyway I stripped it down & got it up on the table. Everything that I wanted gone is cut off & I did make...

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

I wanted to put petcocks on that had filters in the tank instead of the inline filter i was using. Bought a couple but wasnt liking them so I turned a couple little pieces that press fit into the original petcocks & a snug push fit for the filter. The older brass ones are so much better looking ...

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

so i tightening up a few things like I decided to use petcocks with internal filters to route fuel lines easier. Got the brake primed & bled. Re powdering the tanks & a few other odd parts. Lost the lights so I need to trace that problem back, & I made an air cleaner. IMG_0010.jpg IMG_00...
