Because the bearing isn't making full revolutions there will be excellerated wear to the joint compared to what it would when the joint is used in it's usual application. but since it really isn't going to be moving much at all...just a few degrees in each plane....I'd think the trailer would wear o...

Just a thought Jonester, Have you run Disc Defragmenter and Disc Clean-up on that computer lately? Also, like Maz said, protect your pics....If you haven't already done it, burn them to a disc and then delete from the hard-drive. I'd bet the drive isn't about to fry...it's just full..

I won't be able to make it again...dammit!!....Maybe next time.. I hope you and your family have a great Christmas Dan, and have at least as much fun as is legally allowed!! The weather forcast for the next 10 days says highs in the 40's and lows in the upper 30's with a pretty good chance of liquid...

The one I used didn't have a coolant set-up. but I don't remember it ever smoking a blade. It didn't have a real fast stroke either tho.

I'm not familiar with that brand, but I'd much rather use a power hacksaw as a bandsaw. It's not hard to move the vice so you can wear the whole blade, so thats a non-issue. Lots of these have been pushed ot the back of the shop since they invented the chopsaw tho. If you're cutting big stuff that w...
