Well... You could add a hack to your existing bike ( powered hack wheel , hack wheel or entire hack tilt with the bike ect...) Or build a new bike with those improvements !

Use a fwd car trans behind a big jap engine (automatic would be best choice ) !

I can understand the eletromic stuff a bit but my expertise is all mechanical (being color blind don't help )

another way would be to make your axle and rockers perform as a solid unit ! Make flats on opposite sides of the axle and holes to match in the rockers (like the "double D " join in automobile steering shafts) ! With the rocker surface a little "proud" of the ends of the flats on the shaft the axle ...

The secret of getting a useable lathe or mill with that process is that you have to make all the stationary metal parts first and jig them accurately in place before you add the concrete ! It works great if you start with the "Gingery" lathe/mill plans and modify the plans for the use of the concret...

2 part epoxy , super glue , and I think Permatex makes a sealant that does not react to alcohol !

Shellac will stand up to pure gasoline but alcohol eats it !!

You can also spray the heat wrap with that BBQ paint after you install it ! Makes it black and shiny !!

You must be referring to the "71" series ! The engines I worked on were 248 to 268 cid per cylinder ! And you are absolutely right , I caught a "trucker" taking his air cleaner off and flipping the filter before reinstalling it thinking that he was being "thrifty" by getting more miles on one filter...

20 years in the US Navy as a main propulsion diesel engineer working on those same BIG 2 stroke "jimmies" ! Some with a turbo feeding the supercharger !
