Re: Gary

That's pretty scary when friends drop from sight.
Hope this gets resolved...soon.

Re: Opinions needed

I cut a slot in my rear legs and welded in a tab, 3/8 thick. I used 1 1/4 Inch tubing for the rear legs.

I'm sure what you are doing will work fine.Your pivot bolt will be held by the slot. Solid material looks pretty strong.

Hello.

Check " Springers, Girders, Spirders and Leafers" on this forum, and read "rocker angle" by Shovelhead Dan.

Slow here right now, be patient. :violin:

Jack your bike up so the front wheel does not touch. Is it hard to turn either way when elevated?

I used a 1/2" offset front sprocket, and a stock HD flat rear sprocket . The offset sprocket is made by PBI
Thanks Jim, I got front and rear from PBI. Nice product.

Re: idea to build springer to reduce trail a little

The inverted forks look great, but it may be easier to build new trees with more offset and use the forktubes you have now.

If I have this allwrong, please ignore.

Re: Double shot of Cafe

Nice project, you are way ahead of me on your thinking. This will look great. You have room for a fairly big back tire?
