Working on mounting the tank and hiding the mounting bolts. Got the front tank mount done and fitted the tunnel better for welding. Front brake spliter mounted. Coils mounted. Working towards the tank tunnel. Ordered the brake stay parts today also. Turned my own nylon chain idler with proper bearings. Made a braked stay bar. 5.20 - 1.25 = 3.95

????

The offset must be off in the print causing the .020 difference?

There is 7 position holes in the arm your print only has 6?

I double checked it the print looks right?

You want i can do out side to out side measurements moving the pins around?

This should be what you need? The offset should be able to be calculated knowing the holes sizes? If you could can you please make your bender prints available here for others? Got the license plate mount done and also the tail light mounted. Added a bolt to the back of it for a good ground wire.

Thanks Friend! Wish i had the cash it would have twin turbos on it. I am just going to get it to run build something else now.
