Calculations for length of tubing in bend... Ok to start off you will need an understanding of I used my JD2 model 3 bender for my template 90* bend. gary and i spoke about this today. One issue is pulley ratio and belt length and RPM. To remedy this i just switch to chain. if this is for a harley look at zippers and they will have a direct chain conversion. Issue two is the clamp and bend. When I was starting out I found that this was doable but...

bob that setup is actually the weak setup. he should have ran the from the seat post back to the axle plate then added in the vertical tube. he has the top of the axle block and tube now pushing a short length of tubing horizontally into the vertical tube. it will work but i would have rather he did...

open pdfs. print on regular printer. make sure the actual size bubble is marked. print on thick card stock paper. I got mine at staples. It comes in a loom just like regular paper but is much thicker. It holds up better.
