Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

I remade the intake. Came out much better than the 1st one. I still have to decide whether to run the carb straight out of the intake or angle it to have more room for the air cleaner. I put in the parts for the mag & realized I have no way to test it. Planned to send it out & was quoted $40...

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

Powdered a few covers for the head. I wanted to buff them but they were in poor shape. I think I also decided that Im going to run a single carb, so Ill be making a manifold.

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

Yeah…think it’s getting close. Have no idea when my mag parts will get here. Still some odds & ends I can tighten up until then.

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

One of the things I realized after the fact was that the chain is likely to hit the shifter. I made a little guide for the chain to run in & keep it up & away from the shifter. While doing some adjustments to the linkage for the shifter, it seems that its a little tight. I dont know whether ...

Re: The Unholy Virgin...Reincarnate

Had the whole weekend this week (been working 60-70 hrs for the last month). Happy with what I was able to accomplish on the build. I put some powder on & rebuilt the caliper & master cylinder. Finished the last couple peices for the front end & IMG_0008.jpg IMG_0009.jpg IMG_0011.jpg IMG...

Re: SR400 Cafe Racer

Nice stuff man. Really like the cowl. I might have to use your idea of how you did the tail of the frame when I get around to my cafe.
