rockers

so i got this beast on the road and was not satisfied with the ride quality. the way the front rockers are angled it wouldn't push on the springs. the whole front end just bounces and that is not a good feeling. here are my specs. 8 up on my frame. 54 degree on my neck. 6 degrees on my fork stem. 21...

Re: long bike build

it's 8 up and 54 degree rake. i also raked the stem 6 degrees to get some of the trail out of it. it should be around 8 inches of trail (give or take). it was 18. that is a 40 over springer.

Re: What would you do?

i had a tank that was way worse than that. it had a lot of flaking rust in it. i just loaded it up with sheet metal/drywall screws and wrapped it in a sleeping bag and loaded it in my dryer.i spun it for a little while and then blew it out with compressed air and ran it. i think as long as there is ...

it was hard to see in the pics how you captured the cable.

Re: La Puttana ------Build------ Ride her hard, Sell her Che

you might want to make the part where the cable attaches pivot. i'm thinking the cable will break to soon if you leave it that way. i know it won't move that much but look at every stock clutch lever.
