Re: new project on deck
this what i started with. this bar is centered on the rear leg. so the center of the bar is about 18 inches. now when i bring back the stem it should be around 8 inches or so. i am by no means a mathamagician and i'm pretty much flying by the seat of my pants.but the way i figure it at 18 inches of ...

Re: new project on deck

Re: The Chopper Handbook
i mention this site and the chopper handbook every chance i get. not many people are willing to go to all of the trouble to make a jig and then only make one frame or front end. easier to buy one and move on with there projects. i follow a lot of people on instagramm and some blogs and i've noticed ...

Re: My spirder
I think I've seen some of his work, it looks good, nice lines to his bikes. I can't count how many times i've seen something done years ago, and someone else uses the idea. I personally don't see the problem if it isn't something copyrighted or currently in production by someone trying to make a na...

Re: girder forks bottom yoke construction
you could weld a bung in the stem so you could use your jamb bolt. i would feel safer if the bottom yoke was one piece and then welded to the bottom of the stem.
