I draw some and copy a lot ... lol..... I size the art work to the size of the seat and print it out . Then I use clear plastic sheet and trace it on to the plastic.... I like to use an old roller ball ink pen that has on ink. The clear give you a easy way to position the art.( There is clear letter...

I never have weld spatter, as I tack 2 " apart and then tack each one as cool with air. If you have it set right and clean, you will have a nice button , with a little yellow/brown smut. I can get 3 bottles refilled for what it takes to get one mixed.... you are grinding any way...order all you...

When you weld up those pieces, finish them inside and out, before you assemble... that way they are finished inside... finish after the session and you will be able to have a clean piece. Not so important for you , but will impress a customer. Also will be easier on the hands while assembly is being...

You can make it so no one but you have access.... you can also join and not friend anyone but this new page.... put all on notification.... that way you don't have to see them on your page or newsfeed unless you want. Anything you post has the option of only you and friends seeing it.... you have to...

Using that type of foam , I would not use anything that thick..... I use the camping pad sold at WalMart, and add extra where my butt sets, on the out side 3 inches and across the back I then shape with a sanding disc and cover the whole thing with black 1/4"..... I split windshield wiper tubin...
