You know you could have mounted the all of the hydraulic stuff on the inside of a fork leg and run a short cable to it from the bars ! Much cleaner lookin' !

Take a look at http://www.flashbackfab.com or http://www.landstromsfoundry.com ! I think landstrom does use "wheelium" for his cases and sidevalve heads !

Melt down a couple of alloy wheels and CAST your heads ! I aint sure of the content of alloy in car wheels but if it is strong enuff to be safe to drive a ton or more of automobile on it should hold up to being a cylinder head !! On an older ( 74 0n back ) VW transaxle if you remove and swap side for side the covers that the half shafts go into the trans thru you will reverse the trans output ! The diff carrier and ring gear comes off as a unit with one of the covers and will fit either side !

The LPMF (low psi metal forming) tool is the best fender maker you could have ! Take a 500 to 1000 lb mechanical arbor press and drill a hole into the business end and tap it for the threads on a soft replaceable hammer head face ! Then drill a hole app 1/4 " larger than that in a length of hard wood ! Put the hole in place under the ram and set a piece of sheet metal over...

I know whatcha mean ! I am 6'1" and when I was in the Navy weighed in at 250 lbs (flat belly , no fat) I was told that me riding around on my bone stock '65 T120 looked like a shaved gorilla on a moped !
