Good and accurate descriptions dude, I will sometimes use tubing machined to match the thickness of the original frame, and then bevel the inside edges so I can safely run wiring through at a later stage of the build :think:

nice work there dude, I made a number of interchangeable parts for my jig as I build such a wide range of styles and use a huge range of motors etc... as has been said, you may never completely "finish" your jig, rather you will adapt and update it from time to time as your needs change......

I am making a slow recovery but managed to at least sit and pose on my new bike today, pics in the build thread if anyone is interested.... hopefully I will be able to ride (light bikes) again in a few weeks and be mostly recovered back to near full health by spring.... Just before I went into hospital, I bought an old Yammy XV1000 Virago as a donor bike for a future project, it was part stripped and came with a big box of bits.... after checking the box and rumaging around in the stores, I found enough bits to build a softail punk chopper from it.... I don't like ...

Thanks guys, you may have noticed by the fact I haven't posted much for a while that I've been working way too hard - was doing back-to-back double shifts before I went into hospital (average 100 hours per week) just trying to keep up with the demand for custom work in my shop.... this will now chan...
