I have thought about Jaxon and Weyland often. It's a been over 2 years since I have talked to Jaxon. Had some good board discussions with those two. I hope all is well with them.

i have a lot of 1/2 x 2and 1/2 bar lying arround and was going to see if i could use it for mine is it better to weld it to the outside or inside of the tube I center my 1/2" CR on the tube but of have seen them on the inside and the outside. My pic above is my fixture for holding the lower cr...

You're a busy girl Maz! Looks good. Have you ever thought of ditching the tube on the lower cross member on the girder? I quit useing rectangle tube and went to 1/2" plate. Sure seems like it makes life easier.

Your sprocket shaft is tapered??? Are we talking a Panhead? I would just run a tapered shaft pulley if I was you.
