In the early hours of this morning the man who made my world a place worth living in finally lost his battle and his flame was extinguished.
An ex-soldier and life-long biker, he was the kindest man I have ever known, my world is suddenly a much darker place.....

Ride free my love

SELF INTRODUCTION: I was on the last board as bonustoolkit. I have changed that to my given name.
I started a project build there " File and Fit." I paln to continue that when I go back home in Dec. 2011. I first joined the board when Gary W had it in the year 2005. That was the time I really gained an interest in building chops. I have a long way to go, compared to some here.

SELF INTRODUCTION: So,...I guess I'm a newb. Can I get my "General Smart-Ass" moniker back, or do I actually have to build something. Like a chopper for example. I am hoping to re-start a build that's been sitting in my shop for a couple years with most of the parts already acquired.
Just wanted to thank Dan and anyone else involved in getting this board up and running.
Dan is a personal friend of mine and one of the finest people I know. I have a world of respect for him, not just for his work here but also for reasons beyond this forum.
Not sure if that's 200 words, but that's my intro and I'm sticking to it.
BTW, I'm Mark. Not Indian, just a fanatic of the motorcycle brand.

Maz,

I am so, so sorry to hear this. I am sending you a giant cyber hug across the pond as I type.
Just remember, as long as he is still alive in your heart, he's never really gone. He's just transcended
to a different plane. When you need it most you will still feel his tender touch or catch a whiff of his scent.
Sometimes even the warmth of his hugs. At first it may bring sadness but in time it will bring you comfort.
Come summer time you may be rolling down the highway on a slick new Maz built chop and feel his arms
around your waist and, trust me, you'll know it's him and you will be smiling a big dopey smile.
Death is not an end, just a change. Take solace in the fact that he loved you and that his pain is finally over.

We're all here for you if you should need us Baby! Plenty of broad shoulders to cry on if need be and plenty
of pranksters to make you smile if you need some of that too!
