I check everyday.

I'm working in N Alberta, the Tarsands right now.

Lots of downpours, lightening, etc.

I haven't been on much, working 7/10s, 8 weeks at a whack, trying to catch up on normal daily shit when I'm off.
Also went to Texas a month to help my brother last March. Again for 3 weeks in September when he passed.

Been a bad year.

I check in at least a couple of times a week when I'm not on the road. But being on the road has been more the normal this year than in many past.

So I can't use riding as an excuse, just been super busy.

I'm starting to think that there are no real men left in the world and certainly no men who actually make stuff with their own hands.

I guess I don't have many excuses for not posting stuff myself. I'm building tons of stuff but nothing is to the point of being worth taking a picture of.

I would read a thread and look at pictures of how you made your coffee in the morning if you posted it!

Then try to make mine that way to see if it made chopper building easier for me.

I still check in here almost every day. On another note, yesterday as I was putting My bike away for the winter I noticed that I had put over 39,000 miles on it since I finished it. I guess I should ride it more!

Ok my coffee recipe...
I use Deadman's reach from Ravn's brewing company.
I use 1 heaping tablespoon of fresh ground coffee to 6 oz of distilled water heated to 200*F.
I used a sommelier to brew.
To my coffee i add a teaspoon of amish butter and a 1oz pour of Tullermare dew and 1.5 teasppoon of sugar.
I whip some heavy cream to thicken it and spoon on top.
Drink the coffee through the chilled cream to cool, do not stir the cream in.

This is my take on Buena Vista Irish Coffee. Gary knows how good that is. Warms you up on a fall or winter morning.

Thanks got a good laugh out you doing this. I do not know what half of it means and you know forum rules right? It did not happen without pictures.

Also what about someone lactose intolerant? Is there a chopper builder coffee secret for them also. i am not but, just looking out for other builders out there?
