That is Jimmy Roberts Chopper. I did a write up about it on the Handbook Facebook page.

Him and his boy built that you should do a search there at honda forum for him and see the trike he is building now.

It's great to see these old bikes being drug out into daylight again. The forensics of rebuilding them is worth gold as we get to see first hand how they were originally built. This is an outstanding link and I'll spend a couple of hours going back thru it a couple of times to soak up the good info.

are those transitions between the frame and axle plates original?

yes denver mullins and freddie hernandez were know for that transition and triangulated frame tubing..
