Rudy asked that I post pictures of a fender I made for him. After looking at the pictures I realized I should have wiped the fender first . It is a 13" radius with 6 3/8" of width and 2.5" deep

The fender is formed with a pull max using doming die progressively them the shape is traded using an English wheel with twin upper wheels.
I make them in steel ,aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium also .

Brass did someone say brass. I love brass. Thinking about having my girder brass or copper plated. Everybody is chroming.

A good powder coat is pretty cool. This is a two stage powder way cheaper and more forgiving than plating.

Thats beautiful work Ken. I love the looks of brass too, but Dave made some good points about powder.

And I think copper is the first step for chrome plating, followed by nickel, then chrome.

A chrome plating shop should be able to do copper plating.

Beautiful fender by Ken, tho.
