I cann't take credit for this. I found these mods on Caswell's site.If you haven't checked it out yet,you should...lots of info on all kinds of metal finishing.Anyway...here is my gun

...1st... was to remove the difuser, the guy who posted this cut the treads off, but I left them on just unscrewed the difuser

...2nd...I took out the valve from the bottom of the gun, & snipped the end off. This allows max powder through the gun

...3rd...was to pull out the charging peice from the barrel & taper the edges.I didn't taper mine as much, seems fine just taking the flat edge off

...4th...The hole in the fluidizer allows air into the cup, & stirs up the powder so the siphon can pick it up.This hole is facing out right at the cup & isn't able to move much powder.A hole was drilled 180 from that hole.I might also plug the factory hole & add another above the one I drilled.

...lastly...the trigger was sticking even after cleaning out the gun,so a little shot of wd40 on the o-ring in the trigger valve & it moving freely. The difference in how the gun sprays after doing these mods is like night & day.
Changing the shape of the Earth...1 bucket at a time...IUOE local 825 top of the food chain
