Thanks Bob , that is good info. I like the ATF and acetone. I did not know about that one.

I worked for an old timer that used a mix of mineral spirits, ATF and Marvel Mystery Oil.
The stuff seemed to get-er done.

A friend restores Packards , he removed all the bolts on a 36 packard I have , with a small propane torch and crayons from Red Lobster...enjoy the seafood !

Crayons are similar to wax. I guess they could substitute for wax. Maybe that is why they worked well.

Yep... When I was about 5, my mom collected a bunch of red crayons somewhere,
melted them down to make red candles. And you're right they write real good,
especially on walls about 3 feet up from the floor, which is where my brother and I could reach real easily.
I don't remember the spanking, but I'm sure there was one.
