I am guessing that the baffle/partition is going back in?
Does it need to be that big?
I don't recall my Buell having one at all, but then
I don't know if that was a good thing.

Bob...I'd like to see a Pic of what you measure that with.Wouldn't the Primer fill most of the profiled Surface?I always hold the Gun at an Angle to whatever I'm blasting,especially when using Grit that'sreally agressive.

That Baffle is actually for the reserve.I don't think I'm putting it back in.

I'll be at the shop today to do some MT, I'll take some pics of the equipment and start a thread about it and how they are used.
