Hi maz and curt, still need to finish cutting two pieces out. Get them drilled out and clamped together for shapeing them to the proper size etc. Now i have some better tools so it should move along faster. :D

Hi curt, now i have a good quality dewalt angle grinder so i am going to buy a 20 pack of cutting disks. So it will not take long to finish cutting out the other parts to shape. The fun is just beginning.

the cutting disks are the way to go just be careful they snap off and fly apart real easy if ya twist the grinder at all . let the machine cut it dont force it when they fly apart they go in to ya deep so keep the guard on it

I have had alot of cutting discs fly apart on me so i now exactly what you are saying. Been real lucky to not get cutt up badly so far and i never use my machinery without the safety guards for protection. Gotta be patient and let the cutting discs do the work with no hard pressure. ;)

Well, managed to make some little progress so far today. Cutt out another tree plate to rough shape, one more to go then i can do all the final shapeing and get holes drilled to final sizes needed. :D :banana-gotpics:
