- SELF INTRODUCTION: I'm just a motorcycle enthusiast in the middle of my first ground up build. Seeing how I didn't learn form my first one I now own two shovelheads. Guess I'm a glutton for punishment. I 'm building an '83 shovel on a Paugho hardtail frame
Mini bike brakes
Hi, I'm presently working on a chopper and would like to know how to mount a mini bike brake to front rim. I don't expect a lot of braking power but something to hold the bike while on a grade. I would've gone with a spool hub but with jockey shift and rocker thought it would be more prudent.

- SELF INTRODUCTION: I'm just an old chopper builders who still dabbles in the craft and I hope that I can contribute something to the discussions as time goes by. Most of you already know that I started the Chopper Builders Handbook site so you're probably already familiar with my philosophy on choppers and chopper work.

Re: Mini bike brakes
What forks are you using, what wheel/hub do you want to use. Easy way would be using sporty hub if you have the needed width for the hub. drill the mini rotor to match the hub or even have a new one cut at a machine shop.
