I have made my handle bars 15 times now.

Hope to find something soon I will like.

Made the slugs for the bars to size down to the stock handle bar size.

Also redid my headlight mount.

I got my handlebars done.

Not exactly what I wanted.

But, I wanted a good rider position not leaning forward and sitting upright to ride it comfortably.

Just a thought , If you are going to put any real mileage on that creation you might consider a "stone deflector" grill on that radiator ! Good lookin' build , bet it looks better in paint !!

I was able to push the bike out for pics now that I got the handlebars.

Sorry for all the pics but, I am pretty Happy especially since I bought the bike 2 months ago yesterday on 5/23/14.

I also got my new chain, Por 15 tank liner to stop it rusting while new inside, and my sealed battey will be here tomorrow. Hope this one fits try #2 but, this one catalogs for a direct replacement/upgrade for the ex500 so should fit.

I got some work on front mount caliper and remake the front wheel axle spacers to remove the speedo parts and wire her.
