only thing I noticed is to remove the bottom, before the fuel tunnel to keep the rigidity in the tank, less likley to make unwanted dents....The other thing I noticed, as theres a bit of chat about the sealer is, there was none..
This was a new Tank, abiet being in store for a while when you look through the fuel tunnel it looked like there was agood thick coating , but actually seen from the inside there is none, as you can see in the bottom pick. So I reckon save your money..

SELF INTRODUCTION: Hi Dan, thanks for your time and energy spent on this new board. I hope you will give me a waiver on the email account, I have used gmail so long I don't have a clue what my service provider account is.
I just returned home from a 2 week trip in New Mexico, have a few good pix, can't wait to share my off-highway traveling. Got to put 1400 miles on the scoot.

Hi man, looking good so far. That gas tank is a mess, almost better to completely re design it. Cutt out all the bad areas and fabricate new. :D

That's what I thought....are you going to relocate the fuel pick-up point rearwards? It would increase the available fuel capacity quite a lot...an old problem on sporty tanks.....
