I've fabricated all the rear motor mounts and started mocking up the lower frame section using the pieces I made last year..... quite a lot more mocking up to do before I'm completely happy with it....

SELF INTRODUCTION: I'm just an old chopper builders who still dabbles in the craft and I hope that I can contribute something to the discussions as time goes by. Absolutely beautiful cage work. I assume that's it's your handiwork. Your poor slave didn't even appreciate the special place he was in or the attention he was getting. Excellent craftsmanship on both areas of your expertise.

Thanks dude, the tyre is a 230/60x15 Avon on a 7x15 rim and the single sided swingarm is Honda VFR with a MazChopz fabricated hub adapter/spacer......... :shifty:

The rear tyre looks wider than it is because the 4-cylnder inline motor is actually quite narrow and I personally feel that is the widest rear end to give reasonable cornering on a long chop......

Thanks Gary, yes the cage is my handiwork indeed, and it has hidden bolts for dissembly as well as a "K9" slot in the door so I can feed my slaves in a doggie bowl :hand:

I started making dungeon equipment and furniture some years ago when someone came into my workshop with a very strange drawing and asked "could you make this for me....."

Export orders welcomed guys............ hmmmmmm, perhaps I should move to California as well........... :snooty: :naughty: :laughing-rolling:

SELF INTRODUCTION: I was on the last board as bonustoolkit. I have changed that to my given name.
I started a project build there " File and Fit." I paln to continue that when I go back home in Dec. 2011. I first joined the board when Gary W had it in the year 2005. That was the time I really gained an interest in building chops. I have a long way to go, compared to some here.
