I got a Package in the Mail the other Day.The Gears for my Kicker & Carb parts.Got the Tranny closed up, but the Carb Part was wrong.Have to search for another. Its a discontinued Part so may be hard to find.Went back to Work too.Got sent to a Paving Contractor so looks like night Work. That blows, but its work.

SELF INTRODUCTION: My name is Ken Heaton. I've been in the medical field in the Army for the past 18 years and work on and build bikes as a hobby. My main hobby and goal is to think of parts that do not exist and make them or modify existing parts. I currently own a 99 Softtail that I bolted together, a 78 Triumph bobber that i built from the ground up, a 75 CB360 cafe, and a 76 Kawasaki KH500 that needs a lot of work. I joined the original forum about 8 years ago and I'm glad to see it up and running again!

Not sure where you've tried for the carb parts but I've had good luck with MAP in Florida. There a few small shops that are good for finding the hard to find stuff:

Skinner's Motorcycles in Auburn,Al
British American in Atlanta

Thanks for the tip on other Shops. The Guy who had the Tranny Parts says he has one.I think the Distributor Idea is gonna get scrapped.I can't find an Ignition Box.I was gonna run an MSD Box, but they don't make one for 3 Cylinder.

Thats what I have on there. The Distributor is a Magnetic Pickup.I need an Ignition Box in order for it to fire.I figured I would be able to run an MSD, but they dont make one for a 3 Cylinder.

The Light at the end of the Tunnel is getting brighter. The charging System in all wired up.Would've been able to say the same for the Ignition had I not dropped one of my fuckin Coils & broke it.I finished hooking up the Brake. The missing Parts for the Clutch are in.Need to figure out how to adjust it, then I can make up a Cable for that.Carb Parts are on there way.Carbs should be all set by mid Week.Just a few Parts left to PC.

Decided to play around with this one Today.Started hooking up the Clutch Pedal.Looks a little funky, but the Cable pulls through the bend real nice.

....Also have a Question if Someone could answer...The Hole in the Pic where the Cable for the Slider in the Carb goes, there's supposed to be a rubber Grommet I guess Yuo'd call it.Well I've called several Places & noone has it.I'm concidering filling the Holes with Silicone. After a couple Days just work the Cable loose so it slides free.Any Thoughts on that?Should I try & cut Rubber to fit in the Holes?

If you silicone it grease or oil the cable lightly it should free up no problem, a little short plastic tube with a bit of shrink wrap might look good and work
