Welder Cart build

Post by jonester123 »

Hey guys and gals, making a nice welder cart for my new eastwood mig 135amp welder. 2ft wide and 3ft long. Made extra space for big gas bottle, I got some big tires to use on it. Want to make sure it can roll all over property with ease. Coming along great, awesome practice to dial in new welder. hahaha :D :obscene-drinkingcheers:

SELF INTRODUCTION: Hi Dan, thanks for your time and energy spent on this new board. I hope you will give me a waiver on the email account, I have used gmail so long I don't have a clue what my service provider account is.
I just returned home from a 2 week trip in New Mexico, have a few good pix, can't wait to share my off-highway traveling. Got to put 1400 miles on the scoot.

Good thinking there Jonester, practicing on something you'll be using.

Progress today, got 4 wheel mounts fabricated and two welded on frame so far. Have to buy two rims for other tires before mounting them on frame, then finish painting lower frame. ;) :banana-dance:

not your typical cart, I like that you can roll it over the ground easily.
