I have also turned the drilled the stock threads out in the lathe.

Welded the bottom tree and its spacer.

They are done!

I got the girder links done. Takes a day to do just these and quite boring work.

Cut out 4 pieces with grinder and welded.

Fly cut down square over .600.

Center drilled.

Marked off center drill and then finish center drill.

Drilled holes.

Milled the corners round.

Stamped to show plate locations with each other when drilling.

Cleaned up with grinder and smoothed edges.

Got the bushings done.

Cut bronze.

Turn rotational bearings and thrust one piece for inside.

Press in.

Turn thrust bearings for outside.

Drill the shock bushing out for the bolt size.

Hope to have roller soon.

More mind numbing parts done.

Took me a day to make.

Turn a cold rolled 1.5in round stock down.

Part six pieces from it.

Drill them their hole sizes.

Bevel the edges.

Got the layout done for the girder legs.

Now just to wrap some tubes around the fixture to whatever shape I want.

Every thing is so close together I have to get the basics of all the componets made to figure out the mounting locations for them.

So started on the air box next.

I will be able to bolt restrictor plates and filter material between the intake scoops and the intake manifold to get the bike to run on the stock jets by changing the restricton there.

I may also plumb the emisions stuff back in?
