oldboy having me think about fork length and them only being 3 ft long forks may have to run a leading link or move the top shock mount to upper tree. Or a traditional springer? I do not even engineer a front end untill i know exactly what my frame is after i pull it off. So we will see?

This is a real tiny bike real close to the ground. Me taking the pictures at eye level may trick your eye into thinking she is bigger?

It will be 36 to 38 in tall where you sit about 26in and total length of about 7 and a half maybe pushing 8 foot tire end to tire end with close to 3 in ground clearance.

wow, you are one hard working SOB. how in the heck do you find the time???

the only thing i would change so far, would be the axle plates. i think if they were rounded off to match the roundness of the backbone, etc. it'd be even better but then it wouldn't be your bike, eh? i'll trust to your vision and just hang in to see what you do.

I work 3 days a week 12 hr shifts.

Then when the wife and kid sleep for 4 days I work on a chop when I have a donor and enough money.

Soon as the cool 6 more holes and lower rails done.

Got the cross braces made and the backbone cut.

Nothing tacked yet but will happen tonight so I can make the upper rails.

Had to go get new bottle of welding gas.

Got everything tacked so now to build seat tail top rails.

Got the tail rails done and welded will have to drill holes next week.

Make a steel cutout like the wood one swamprabbit made for his mockup , round out the corners of the inside cuts and then "I-beam" it on all edges ! Again , if you sand blast it after it will look like a casting !

And if you create your links similarly (and make the links as two units instead of 4 separate bits) fixed from the inside of the legs that will greatly improve the structural integrity of the girder once assembled

How do i make the bottom rockers as one piece? I understand making the top that way it makes sense to me! But the bottom I do not get?

I was able to get the holes drilled in the seat rails.

Will make the spacer beam and center connecting beam next week.

No problem Friend! You always come up with KILLER ideas some are above me and you got to walk me thru them!

Did not know if this was one of those.

Got the frame fully tacked together.

Tail pieces tacked in and curves made/

Made the center cross bar tor seat.

Made the down I beam for support there.

Need to make 2 plates by the rear adjusters to finish tail section and then make motor mounts.
