SELF INTRODUCTION: Hello guys and gals, working on my 1979 honda cb750 bobber chopper build plus many other projects etc. I have two workshops at home that i built so i can build bikes and all sorts of parts, and i mainly do auto body work and restoration repairs etc.

Hello Railroad bob hope all is well with your builds, working on chopper gas tank fab work. Might re use my old stock gas tank and chop it down to the size I want and need to fit up nicely, here is a pic with the stock Honda tank on frame. Seems to wide and long, so we will figure out what to do. :D

Hey guys and gals, todays fun been doing final welding of hardtail . Then grind welds down smooth and sand all frame to bare metal, trying to decide on frame color, and best primer to use that is high quality. hahaha :D

Hey guys and gals, todays progress. Removed old stock trees from neck, getting ready for springer front end mockup. Trying to see if I can re use main steering shaft from neck. :D

Chopper frame is now in first coat of primer, three more coats then start painting frame a nice blue. :D

More progress, got chopper frame all welded up and welds smoothed out. 3 coats primer and just put on second coat of blue, two or three more blue coats to go. :D

SELF INTRODUCTION: The Biker Mistress, Blonde, blue eyes, English Lady bike builder and previously a member of the CBH. I run my own custom bike and chop shop (MazChopz) on the south west coast of England. I have been building custom bikes for over 35 years and have built some 130 bikes so far. I am happy to share my knowledge and "expertise" and also hope to learn from the other forum members. I look forward to meeting up with many of my friends from the CBH and especially to seeing how Dan got on with his Knuck.

Hi maz, been very slow, life has been a mess with family dieing etc. Getting back on build, motor going in frame for mockup of engine mounts. Will post pics soon
