Another picture, with frame back in jig and bolted to motor again. Checking to see how it is all looking.

Hey rudog, hows it going been a long time. I just picked up my axle plates and one extra plate for my ram mounting bracket fabrication, already traced the axle template on plate. One plate will do both axle plates, of course had to purchase a big pack of cutting disks to cut it all out nicely. hahaha :D

Progress today, got axle plates cut out to rough shape. Need to put them on the grinder to make nice and perfect, then drill out the axle slots. One step at a time. :D :obscene-drinkingcheers:

Thanks maz, I borrowed my neighbors tube bender, I got the lower frame rails bent up to axle plates. Twenty degree bends, soon as my air hydraulic 8 ton ram arrives then I can get it mounted on my jd2 bender and learn how to use it. Will it be strong enough to mount on my worktable now I will have the ram doing all the pressure, want to make sure of mounting it up good enough. :D ;)

great news hun, nice to hear you are still at it :banana-dance:

If you are using an air/hydraulic ram instead of a manual lever bar then you should be able to mount the bender on your table, just make sure the ram mounts are good and strong (lots of stored energy) and that they connect to the bender and not the table..... :hand:

Hi guys and gals, my old welder broke down so I had to order a new one. I purchased eastwoods mig 135, it can be used with gas and comes with gas setup. Also can use fluxcore wire. Should arrive in about 10 days and I will post some pics of it and more progress. :D :obscene-drinkingcheers:

SELF INTRODUCTION: Hi Dan, thanks for your time and energy spent on this new board. I hope you will give me a waiver on the email account, I have used gmail so long I don't have a clue what my service provider account is.
I just returned home from a 2 week trip in New Mexico, have a few good pix, can't wait to share my off-highway traveling. Got to put 1400 miles on the scoot.
