The exhaust is done with the exception of a few mounts & the wrap. I’ll wait till the motor is done to do that.

SELF INTRODUCTION: I'm from Arkansas. Farm equipment mechanic. Love working on bikes with my 7yr old daughter. Single dad. Doing it all on my own. Good standing member over on the Honda rebel forum and TCU forum. My first chopper build was a Honda Rebel 250. Looking for a big brother to it. A Honda Rebel 450. I'm wanting to build a girder for the 250 and was told that this is the place to come for knowledge and help.

Tried out some new powder for my rims (translucent brass over super chrome) & desided to go a little thinner on tires. Went from a 100/90 to a 3.00

My fender is mounted. Was trying for strut less, but when I set it up to clear the tire at full suspension travel, it looked like a dirt bike fender. I wound up mounting it to the swing arms. Also mounted the reservoir for the master cylinder.

Not a whole lot to post about, but I got all the studs & spacers made for the caes & motor mounts.]Also spent a little time cleaning up the cases & trans. With any luck maybe the bottom end will find its way into the frame.

Got the engine together & in, along with a couple other parts. Have to buy clutch plates & try to fix the stator housing. Having a littletrouble on the powder coating end, so its been slowing things down even more than they have been. Should have it figured out soon.
