Loosening up.
Changed the scaling between required fuel and 've table.
Idles well now.
The area between idle and the cam coming in is a bit blubbery, Not quite there yet.
I have not had it much past 3500 but at 3000 it seems to clean up and want to scream.

I have leaned it down and worked on the too high oil pressure.
Now it will rev up like crazy but now I gotta work on start up enrichment. Not enough fuel to cold start.
Nothing but run time and changing little numbers in boxes.

Working towards paint right now.
Fenders have been made up, blasted and a light coat of etching primer for quite a while. No body filler on these and the welds are just gonna show.

Re: Front engined VW
But I did not have a tank to go with the re-style.
The one I had made before was more of a fat cruiser style.
This time going for a more chopper look.
I tyred a couple shapes. Was originally leaning toward a bunch of flat sides. Not coffin shaped but more of a stealth fighter shape.
Well....
It did not work out. Mocked it up in poster board and it just did not flip my switch like I thought it would.
Back in the day I was a mx racer.
I saw this and it seemed to like me.

Mock up on the backbone and some posterboard.
And a stretch with some flats for a throw back to the original idea.

And it is shaping up.
Not the normal shape/style but it seems to fit the rest of the scooter.

- SELF INTRODUCTION: I was on the last board as bonustoolkit. I have changed that to my given name.
I started a project build there " File and Fit." I paln to continue that when I go back home in Dec. 2011. I first joined the board when Gary W had it in the year 2005. That was the time I really gained an interest in building chops. I have a long way to go, compared to some here.
