I got the seat pan done.

Now that I got all the parts roughed in I can see how they fit with each other for the mounting of them.

I can also work on the fuel tank again.

My original plan was to finish the tank this week.

I have cut the tank back open and fitted it better.

I got a tig welder lined up to weld it today at a buddies race car shop.

I think I will just buy a filler cap from him for letting me use it?

Least I can do?

I worked on the rear to fit the frame better and also welded a thicker piece of metal there to be able to make my mounts in the back off off.

I then made some changes to the front?

Hope it looks better? Deadline to weld it is now!

Also got the fuel outlet drilled and ready to weld.

I modified the stock kickstand to work.

Was kind of tricky to get it to clear the chain and flip 180 and not be in the way when riding and hold the bike up.

I need help?

How do I make a hyd brake line?

Where do I get and what parts and tools do I need?

How do I mount the front caliper properly and have any pics of ones mounted on girders?

Personally I use the Russel brake lines in my trucks, and thats exactly what I'm using in the bike as well. They are stainless braided, with -3 AN ends, and you just buy the right hose ends that have a male -3 AN. And they are stainless as well, and not that bad for price/

As fr mounting, just look at the stock forks. Make tabs that mimic the mounting holes and weld straight to the girder. Its stupid simple compared to building a springer.

Got the exhaust done.

Cut the stock seat up to fab with duct tape a temp one so I can make the handle bars.

Welded the steering stops in.

Still have to mount it but ran out of welding gas. Going after now.

Decided the exhaust needed some tips.

Should act as an echo chamber also.

Will be loud.

I got the tach and temp gauges made.

Now with these done I can mount the radiator cap, temp gauge, overflow/expansion tank, and tachometer up on the neck area.

This will help me make the handlebars.

There will be foam with sticky backing like you use on home window seals in between the clear lenses and the bezel rings to seal them from water. Just do not have right now but, is about 2 $ for a 10 ft roll at any hardware store.
