I wanted to put petcocks on that had filters in the tank instead of the inline filter i was using. Bought a couple but wasnt liking them so I turned a couple little pieces that press fit into the original petcocks & a snug push fit for the filter. The older brass ones are so much better looking than the ones I bought. Couple more small things to do & ill be taking it down the road.

Took the bike down the road today. It was short lived cause the rear brake wasnt grabing. Must still have air in it. It certainly felt like it pulled strong. I also found out the cap on the mag is grounding out when installed, probably gonna have to pull it to fix the problem.

I decided to build another leafer for the bike. 1st mocked up some trees in wood to makesure everything was good. Then made then in steel & made a stem. bent up some legs. Waiting on bushings & trying to figure out bars.

SELF INTRODUCTION: Hi Dan, thanks for your time and energy spent on this new board. I hope you will give me a waiver on the email account, I have used gmail so long I don't have a clue what my service provider account is.
I just returned home from a 2 week trip in New Mexico, have a few good pix, can't wait to share my off-highway traveling. Got to put 1400 miles on the scoot.

Love your build. How do you like the way it rides with the new leafer?
